First Time Logging into Hubspot

 

1. You should receive an email from noreply@hubspot.com with the subject: Ashley Washington has invited you to join them on Hubspot

 

2. Click Join Hubspot and “Continue with email” including your name

3. You will be prompted for multifactor authentication (required) so we recommend doing text message to receive the verification code

4. Once you input your verification code, you will be receiving backup passwords which we recommend taking a screenshot and saving in your files in case ever needed

 

5. Then, you will be logged into HubSpot with the below user page- click “Remember Me” to remember that device and again input your unique password (Do NOT click to sign in via Google/Microsoft etc. as you will run into a CITI admin requirements issue). 





6. After you login, you will be prompted to select the user guides category of information you would like to browse first in HubSpot e.g. marketing guide, sales guide, content guide etc. Select one category you would like to view, and this will take you to your account into the HubSpot website

7. Exist the HubSpot and Follow the 2nd set of instructions to “integrate” or pair your Outlook mailbox
